Professional Profile

This protest was held in response to a Trump Admin Memo advocating for discrimination against transgender and gender-nonconforming people. At the demonstration, over 5,000 people came together to stand, shoulder to shoulder, to create a 3.2 mile line, showing solidarity with struggles for gender-based liberation.

In the six days it took to execute this event, I created the advertising, wrote our press release, spoke at a press conference, connected with 30+ community sponsors, organized marshaling materials, facilitated the creation of 300+ signs, and worked with several key community leaders.
