meet Andrew P Weston
Andrew P Weston (xe/xem/xyr | they/them/their) is an offbeat, radical organizer based in the Twin Cities. Originally from Minneapolis, xe currently lives in Richfield and goes to school in Saint Paul, all three of which lie on the traditional territory of the WaÈŸpékhute and Anishinaabeg peoples. Andrew is currently a Senior at Hamline University, pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Social Justice with minors in Legal Studies and Spanish.
In xyr studies, Andrew has worked to understand gender identity and expression from the lenses of as many academic disciplines as possible. When Andrew’s not in class or in meetings, xe attends as many protests as xe can, tries to keep xyr unread emails relatively low, and catches up on sleep. Andrew has been doing direct service work within transgender and queer community since 2015.
